This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing financial performance, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will bring energetic leadership, extensive experience in healthcare management, and a passion for advancing behavioral health initiatives. Your expertise will drive operational excellence, enhance clinical workflows, and support the growth of our behavioral health programs. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction within behavioral health services. Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance on medical office management, human resources practices, and team development. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and state-specific licensing requirements across all operational facets. Manage medical administrative support functions including medical records and EHR implementation to streamline clinical workflows. Oversee clinic operations including scheduling, patient flow management, utilization management, and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with medical management teams to optimize acute care delivery and integrate managed care protocols effectively. Maintain strong relationships with external partners such as insurance providers and managed care organizations to support program growth and compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare management with a focus on behavioral health or related fields such as mental health clinics or substance abuse programs. Extensive supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a medical or behavioral health setting. Strong background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource planning. Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance, JCAHO accreditation standards, and utilization management protocols. Familiarity with Hospital experience encompassing medical terminology, medical records management, and clinical workflows. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in patient care quality. Bachelor's degree in nursing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in healthcare management are preferred.
