Job Description

Seeking a Land Tech Administrator to support land operations, project administration, and document management activities. This role is responsible for maintaining land records, tracking project deliverables, managing documentation, supporting reporting functions, and assisting land professionals with administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting land, title, leasing, or right-of-way projects is preferred. \n Responsibilities Maintain and organize land records and project files Track project deliverables and deadlines Support land, title, leasing, and ROW teams Assist with document preparation and quality control Maintain databases and electronic filing systems Enter and update project information Generate reports and project status updates Coordinate with internal teams and clients as needed Ensure accuracy and completeness of project records Support administrative functions across multiple projects Required Qualifications Administrative experience supporting land, energy, or real estate projects Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Database and document management experience Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Must be eligible to permanently work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Land administration experience Oil and gas industry experience Right-of-way or title experience Experience with land systems and databases Associate's or Bachelor's degree \n Company Description Purple Land Management, LLC ("Purple") is one of the nation's largest tech-enabled providers of land services that negotiates the buying, selling, and leasing of mineral rights, determines and cures title, prepares mineral ownership reports, and performs other related services required for oil and gas operators to drill and produce wells.
