Requirements:

Proven experience in operations management within an aviation or avionics environment

• must . Strong background in supply chain processes and production scheduling. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Gilat Satellite Networks Who we are looking for: We are seeking a senior director of operations to lead and optimize operations in a fast-paced avionics integration environment. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning skills with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring compliance with aviation standards and driving efficiency across the team.

What you will do:

Oversee and guide 2 team leaders and their teams (approx. 12 employees). Develop and maintain integration schedules aligned with supply chain and customer demand. Forecast material availability and proactively mitigate risks. Communicate regularly with supply chain elements and with customer facing teams on status, projections, and risk management. Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards for handling aircraft components. Coordinate with internal teams to maintain configuration control Support cultural change initiatives. Act as a strategic planner while remaining capable of stepping into daily operations when needed.
