We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations who is ready to help lead that growth. You will work directly with founder and CEO, Dr. Shaggy, to help shape the future of our organization. The Opportunity As Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee: Multi-location operations Leadership development Team accountability KPI management Patient experience excellence Practice growth initiatives Systems implementation Culture development Case acceptance growth Operational scalability You will serve as the operational heartbeat of the organization, ensuring every location executes at a high level while maintaining an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Required:
5+ years in the dental industry 3+ years in leadership or operations management Strong understanding of KPIs and business performance Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
Preferred:
Multi-location leadership experience Cosmetic dentistry experience Implant dentistry experience Luxury service environment experience Compensation & Benefits $65,000•75,000 Base Salary (DOE) Performance Bonus Opportunities Medical Insurance paid at 100% after 1 year of service
