THE OPPORTUNITY
As Regional Director of Operations, you will work directly with ownership and practice leadership to oversee operational performance across multiple pediatric dental locations. You will serve as the bridge between vision and execution—ensuring that every practice delivers exceptional patient experiences, strong financial performance, and a culture that attracts and retains top talent.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Leadership Development Coach and mentor office managers and department leaders Conduct leadership meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions Develop future leaders within the organization Create accountability systems that drive results Foster a culture of ownership, professionalism, and growth Address performance challenges with confidence and empathy Operations & Performance Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations Improve efficiency, communication, and execution Standardize systems and workflows Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions Ensure consistency in patient and parent experiences Support providers and teams in achieving performance goals KPI Management & Business Performance You will actively monitor and improve: Production Collections Schedule Utilization New Patient Growth Treatment Acceptance Patient Retention Hygiene Performance Reappointment Percentage Team Performance Metrics Operational Efficiency Practice Profitability You should be comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends, and creating action plans that improve results. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required 10+ years of dental industry experience 5+ years of leadership, operations, or practice management experience Strong understanding of dental KPIs and business operations Proven experience developing leaders and improving performance Experience holding teams accountable to measurable goals Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to travel regularly between locations Preferred Multi-location dental leadership experience Pediatric dental experience Experience leading office managers and department leaders Experience scaling systems and operations Proven track record of driving measurable growth Experience managing organizational change
