Regional Director of Operations at
Identify and report areas of improvement and work with appropriate departments to implement process improvements.
Collaborate with the local management team to ensure operational goals are met.
Organize and monitor performance and operational goals of each pharmacy within region. Supervise compliance with all regulatory requirements. Oversee the region expected fiscal and budget goals.
Partner with the regional client services department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Active Texas pharmacist license required.
Active New Mexico pharmacist license a plus.
Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations, including DEA, FDA, and HIPAA guidelines.
Supervisory experience within a LTC setting is a plus.
Previous experience as a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) of a LTC setting is a plus.
Framework LTC/ECM experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services. In partnership with local management, the Regional Director of Operations assists in managing the operational performance of multiple pharmacy locations within a designated region, ensuring alignment with the policies and practices of Specialty Rx, Inc., as well as compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and directives from governmental and regulatory authorities.Responsibilities:
Direct day-to-day operations of pharmacies across region to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency. Manage each location to meet company standards and operate efficiently.Identify and report areas of improvement and work with appropriate departments to implement process improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Doctorate.Active Texas pharmacist license required.
