RESTAURANT MANAGER Wings Over USA We're looking for a strong, hands-on leader who knows how to run a busy restaurant, lead a team, and deliver great guest experiences every shift.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Ensure top-tier customer service every day Manage labor, food cost, and daily operations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food quality standards Train, coach, and develop team members Handle scheduling, inventory, and ordering Step in wherever needed — leadership starts on the floor

What We're Looking For:

Previous restaurant management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay level-headed under pressure High standards for cleanliness, service, and food quality Reliable, accountable, and driven Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
