About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily ready-mix operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable site performance. Coordinate scheduling, staffing, dispatching, and material flow to meet customer needs. Monitor equipment, maintenance, and inventory to support continuous operations. Promote and enforce safety practices and compliance with company policies. Foster a positive team environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and service excellence. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee day‑to‑day operational activities. Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Effective communication skills and ability to build cooperative working relationships. Ability to solve problems, adapt to changing priorities, and make sound operational decisions. Commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. Work Environment This role involves working in a field-based, operational environment that may include exposure to weather conditions, noise, and heavy equipment. The position requires regular on-site presence to support operations and team members effectively.
