Securimax:

Lead & Schedule:

Oversee the daily operations of our smart security installation and service technicians.

Procurement & Inventory:

Manage supply chains, vendor relationships, and gear procurement to ensure our team is always equipped with top-tier security tech.

Quality Control:

Audit completed jobs to ensure they meet our extreme standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Process Optimization:

Continuously improve field workflows, response times, and inventory tracking. Grow to

Lead:

Train, mentor, and build the future leadership pipeline of the operations team. The prior requirements are not an exhaustive list. There will be other requirements.

What We're Looking For Experience:

3+ years in operations management, ideally within security, telecom, construction, smart home technology, or field services.

Logistical Mindset:

Proven experience in procurement, inventory control, and dispatching/scheduling.

Leadership Chops:

A track record of managing field technicians and fostering a culture of high accountability.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable navigating modern CRM, scheduling, and inventory software. The "Un-Average"
