Key Responsibilities Lead a great shift by ensuring exceptional hospitality and team support. Foster a culture of guest loyalty and team care using the success triangle. Oversee daily bar operations and beverage program execution. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Ensure service standards are consistently met and exceeded. Monitor daily/weekly sales goals and guest count targets. Staff and train bar team members, including hospitality leaders. Manage bar uniform program and training platforms. Facilitate ongoing beverage education and menu rollout communication. Promote a positive, energetic, and rewarding work environment. Key Requirements Proven leadership in hospitality and shift management. Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage programs, and inventory systems. Ability to analyze KPIs and implement operational improvements. Familiarity with Crunchtime, Steritech, and brand standards assessments is an asset. Skilled in training, coaching, and developing bar team members. Commitment to health and safety compliance and cleanliness standards. Effective communication and collaboration with leadership and marketing teams. Experience in managing social media content and guest engagement strategies. Perks & Opportunities?
