Supervise security procedures, monitor CCTV surveillance, and coordinate with emergency responders if necessary to maintain a safe environment. Ensure adherence to hotel policies, phone etiquette standards, and multi-line phone system protocols to uphold professional communication. Support the team in handling guest requests, special accommodations, and resolving complaints with a friendly, solution-oriented approach. Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage staff during overnight shifts confidently. Knowledge of hotel management systems and resort operations is preferred.
