We are currently seeking experienced Import Executives to join our customs brokerage agency. This position involves the management of Mexican import operations , requiring strong organizational skills, customer service, and a solid understanding of customs procedures. We're looking for committed and detail-oriented professionals who are ready to grow within the logistics and international trade industry. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor Mexican import operations from start to finish. Review and verify shipping documents (pedimentos, commercial invoices, bills of lading, etc.). Communicate and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients (domestic and international). Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import requirements. Input and track shipments in the SLAM system (preferred). Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the process. Report any delays or incidents promptly. Organize and file all documentation related to each import operation.
Requirements Must-Have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations within a customs brokerage agency. Advanced knowledge of import documentation and procedures. Understanding of Mexican customs regulations .
Preferred:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Familiarity with the SLAM system . Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
