Now we need an Administrative Operations Coordinator who can help keep our teams organized, connected, and moving forward. What You'll Actually Do This role is part office hero, part logistics ninja, part team support specialist.You'll:
Keep calendars, meetings, and schedules running like clockwork Coordinate donation pickups and community inquiries Help leadership stay organized and prepared Track reports, metrics, trainings, and operational details Support team events, meetings, and projects Be the friendly face and voice of our administrative officeBasically:
