Part-time Weekend Supervisor Duties:
- Oversee and manage weekend operations at {Company/Organization}
- Coordinate and supervise staff members during weekend shifts
- Ensure adherence to company standards and protocols
- Provide guidance and support to staff members in delivering high-quality care
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to ensure smooth operations
- Handle any escalated issues or concerns that arise during the weekend shifts
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment
- Assist with training and onboarding of new staff members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or Cerner
- Familiarity with family planning, triage, neonatal ventilator, toddler care, sterile processing, and suturing procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
