Operations Supervisor

Join our hotel as the Hotel Operations Manager. In this position you will support the Hotel General Manager with the day to day management of the hotel. This position is ideal for a candidate that has Front Desk and or Housekeeping Supervisory experience.

• Responsible for Front Desk shifts as needed: AM/PM and Overnight coverage
• Responds to guest service requests Responds to review platforms with resolution of any comments or concerns Enforces customer service standards and procedures. Training of staff members for all departments
