We are passionate about what we do while remaining true to our defining core values of: Putting People First, Doing Our Best Together, Making Therapy Fun, and Above All, We grow potentialJob DescriptionThe Clinic Operations Director oversees our McKinney clinic, with ultimate responsibility for the implementation, direction, and supervision of local policies, finances, procurement, and supervision during the provision of services. This role functions as a member of the Leadership team supporting centralized functions including procurement, recruitment, engagement, retention, and intake.

Provides counsel to Senior Leadership regarding the needs of the community, workforce, financial, professional practices, and planningEnsures documentation of services provided is accurate and timelyMaintains the administrative policies and management activities including budget control and cost determinationDirects their local management teams to carry out policies and proceduresEnsures adequate staff education, development, and evaluationResponsible for supervision and evaluation of the client satisfaction surveySupport recruitment and intake efforts, conducting local interviews and toursProvides support including preparation of intake, orientation, procurement, client documentation, and special projects Promotes the company's philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to patients/families, physicians, and communityProvides effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintains confidentialityLead and develop their teams to maintain an inclusive and engaging workplaceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related completion of an accredited college/university degree is preferredMinimum of three years in a leadership role in healthcare, education, or childcareAbility to maintain confidentiality when interfacing with patient/clients, personnel, and other health care professionalsAbility to keep a positive demeanor in the treatment spaceThis role is based in McKinney, on-site. Additional Information
