Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations within a staffing environment. The ideal candidate will manage employee lifecycle activities, coordinate closely with recruiters, consultants, and clients, and ensure smooth onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement for contract and full-time employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for W2 and contract employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Coordinate payroll activities by collecting, reviewing, and validating timesheets, employee hours, PTO, and sick leave records before payroll processing. Work closely with payroll and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing for all employees and consultants. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, payroll data, and compliance-related information in internal HR systems and databases. Handle employee relations and act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, payroll concerns, leave requests, and policy clarifications. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance enrollment, PTO tracking, sick leave management, and other HR benefits. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and client-specific employment requirements, labor laws, onboarding documentation, and HR policies. Coordinate with clients, vendors, recruiters, and MSP/VMS platforms (such as Beeline and Fieldglass) regarding employee onboarding, extensions, timesheets, and project updates. Assist with background verification, Form I-9 processing, E-Verify compliance, and new-hire reporting requirements. Prepare HR reports related to employee attendance, payroll, compliance, onboarding status, and workforce tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a staffing company Familiarity with W2 employment, timesheets, and payroll processes Experience with HR/payroll systems (Paychex, ADP, or similar) is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
