Comprehensive insurance, 401(k) program, PTO & Holidays, Company vehicle Responsibilities Maintain assigned leases during the night operations Multitask between issues and working with shift team to solve issues and keep production online Plans, updates, and oversees all activities within his or her areas of responsibility, maintaining detailed notes of events during the shift with a special emphasis must be placed on health, safety, and the environment Supports and encourages team effort between shift coworkers Provides input and reviews the control specifications and work practices Has the knowledge to apply and follow work permits through Permit To Work System (PTWS) as discussed in the Work Management Manual Develops personal and team technical skills (for example, new regulations, equipment, methods, and others) Qualifications Associates degree preferred, preferably enhanced by related technical school courses Understanding flow path, troubleshooting /fixing equipment alarms One must be able to diagnose issues through remote surveillance tools and have a plan of action to prior to arriving on location. Must be a self starter with limited oversight Meets the safety, administrative, and technical training requirements associated with this position as documented in the company operations-approved training roadmap Possesses the general competencies and Operations Integrity Critical competency requirements as documented and maintained in company Operations Training roadmap Competent with Microsoft Office, Email educate, Navigating computer surveillance tools Safety orientated Good organizational and reporting skills Attention to details Good troubleshooting and analyzing skills High School Diploma required
