Job Description:
Assistant Area Foreman Position Overview The Assistant Area Foreman supports day-to-day field operations and personnel within a designated area, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role works closely with the Area Foreman and Field Operations leadership to maintain operational excellence, support field teams, and uphold safety and performance standards. Key Responsibilities Support daily field operations and assist in overseeing field personnel across multiple locations Promote and enforce a strong safety culture in all operations Coordinate schedules, on-call rotations, and field activities Work with vendors to maintain equipment and ensure smooth operations Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide after-hours/on-call support Required Experience & Skills 10+ years' experience with
CAT 3500
series or similar engines Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Commitment to safety and ability to uphold safety standards Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, vendors, and leadership Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience Experience with process gas flow systems and related equipment Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and electrical diagrams Experience troubleshooting electrical circuits and control systems Background in oil & gas, power generation, or similar field operations Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Bonus Incentives Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans
