Job Description

FlowWorx Energy specializes in developing innovative technologies for the natural gas and oil industries. FlowWorx has set out to meet the unique needs of energy companies that require low power, wireless technologies without the loss of reliability or accuracy. The successful candidate will bring experience in precision instrumentation manufacturing and operational leadership, with the ability to scale and optimize production in a high-performance environment.
Key Qualifications:
Experience manufacturing high-accuracy, individually calibrated sensor or instrumentation products (multivariable pressure measurement experience (preferred) Strong understanding of sensor-based measurement systems, including integration into finished products (deep silicon sensor design experience is a plus, but not required) Proven leadership in managing manufacturing operations, including: Production planning and purchasing Inventory and supply chain management Supplier selection and performance management Quality systems (ISO9001 or similar) Product certification and compliance Continuous improvement and cost optimization Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, including recruiting and aligning talent to key business objectives Track record of improving on-time delivery, throughput, and productivity Experience driving process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred) Strong communication skills and proficiency with standard business tools (MS Office, ERP/MRP systems) Ability to operate with agility in a dynamic environment, balancing customer responsiveness with operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work for any US employer, without the need for work visa sponsorship now or in the future. Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years of experience in industrial engineering and instrumentation design in the oil and gas industry Experience with National Instruments LabView development is a plus FlowWorx Energy flowworxenergy.com No phone calls
