60k Yearly Salary The Operations Manager is responsible for executing the strategies established by the account, through the planning coordination and motivation of the Team Leaders under their charge, in order to provide a quality service that meets the standards of the account. Likewise, he is responsible for maintaining a constant communication with the client.Among its responsibilities are:
Ensure that the personnel needs demanded by the account are met, monitor the productivity and quality of the assigned equipment, constantly develop the staffunder their charge, maintain constant communication with their teams and the client.Skills:
