Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a Regional Field Operations Manager who is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of multiple properties within a designated region. This role ensures that all properties meet organizational standards for efficiency, compliance, tenant satisfaction, and profitability. The manager serves as a key liaison between property teams and senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence spanning six states. This role will oversee 150+ employees, driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality resident experiences across all properties.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage operations across a multi-state portfolio. Supervise and support regional and property-level teams. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance and profitability. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor property performance metrics, including occupancy rates, rent collection, and maintenance efficiency. Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and address operational challenges. Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence. Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with property managers to implement strategies for revenue growth and expense control. Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws. Oversee safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans for all properties.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years in property management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role. Proven leadership experience in property management or operations. Strong background in managing large teams and multi-site operations. Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
