Natural Gas Power Solutions (NGPS) About the Role We are hiring a Field Supervisor to lead technicians, own field execution, and ensure our power generation fleet runs at >99% uptime . This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for performance in the field — installs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage field technicians across multiple locations Own uptime, response times, and field performance Ensure work orders are accurate and closed Coordinate installs, PMs, and repairs on natural gas generators Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues in the field Interface directly with customers and resolve issues quickly Enforce safety standards and operating discipline Track and report key metrics (uptime, downtime, service intervals) Requirements 5+ years in oilfield, power gen, or heavy equipment 2+ years leading crews or technicians Strong mechanical + electrical troubleshooting Generator experience preferred (PSI, CAT, Waukesha) Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment What We Want Ownership mentality High standards — no shortcuts Strong leadership presence Executes under pressure Compensation Competitive salary + bonus Company truck + fuel Benefits +
