Operations Manager

ExemptA leading logistics and distribution organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee warehouse and distribution operations while ensuring safety, compliance, efficiency, and profitability. This role leads supervisors and staff, supports customer relationships, and drives operational excellence across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, DOT, and site-specific policiesOversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operationsManage staffing, scheduling, and performance of warehouse personnelMaintain facility, equipment, and inventory integritySupport customer needs, walkthroughs, and inventory countsIdentify efficiency improvements and business growth opportunities

Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent experience; 35 years of related operations or warehouse management experienceStrong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and transportation processesProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; TMS experience a plus

Compensation:

Compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
