Job Description

Double Oak Erosion is seeking a motivated and organized Operations Manager to lead daily operations, improve efficiency, and support continued company growth. The Operations Manager will oversee field operations, coordinate crews and equipment, manage project schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily field and office operations to ensure efficient project execution. Coordinate project schedules, staffing, equipment, and materials. Supervise field crews and provide leadership, coaching, and performance management. Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Identify operational improvements and implement process enhancements. Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding employees. Track project progress and provide regular status reports to company leadership. Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
5+ years of operations, construction, field services, or project management experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work both in the office and at field job sites. Experience in erosion control, construction, site development, or related industries. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $70,000 per year (based on experience) Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Health insurance options Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed) Must be able to travel regionally.
