Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse distribution activities, ensuring smooth operations in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Coordinate procurement and sourcing activities, including supplier management and contract negotiations to secure optimal pricing and terms. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to plan, track, and optimize logistics routes and inventory movements. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues in supply chain processes and implement effective solutions for continuous improvement. Manage freight forwarding, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Support demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory management using ERP systems like SAP or AS400 to align supply with forecasted demand. Analyze data collected through SQL queries and supply chain analytics tools to inform decision-making and enhance operational performance. Skills Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and supply chain analytics tools. Extensive experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, AS400), and transportation management systems (TMS). Knowledge of warehouse distribution, materials handling equipment such as forklifts, and shipping & receiving procedures. Expertise in procurement, category management, vendor management, and contract negotiations. Ability to perform root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives within complex supply chain environments. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation including forklift certification is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements/Qualifications:
Entry level or less than 3 years of logistics operation or sales support or business development support experience Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply chain management, Marketing or a related field. Excellent written and oral skills (English/Korean) required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
