In this pivotal role, you will serve as the "nerve center" of the operation, overseeing a multi-departmental team of 20-60+ employees across warehouse fulfillment, embellishment (embroidery, heat seal, hemming), purchasing, and customer service. We are looking for a systems-thinker who is deeply proficient in Excel, Tableau, and PivotTables to manage the plant through precise KPIs—including order accuracy and days-to-ship—while ensuring flawless execution of managed programs for large-scale industrial enterprise clients.
