Senior Manager, Finance Operations - Cricket Wireless

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Finance Operations to lead our financial functions with strategic insight and operational excellence. This pivotal role involves overseeing financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving financial planning initiatives that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, deep financial acumen, and a passion for optimizing financial performance. Responsibilities

• Lead components of the monthly financial close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Manage Sales and Use tax for multiple States, fixed asset accounting and property tax oversight
• Oversee accounts payable function and 1099 filings
• Review quarterly and annual Federal and State tax partnership estimates and returns
• Develop financial and operational reporting packages for leadership
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and insights
• Build dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into business performance
• Identify opportunities to automate financial reporting and workflows Qualifications
• 5-8+ years experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or analytics
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Background supporting budgeting and forecasting
• Strong reconciliation review and financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Interest in automation, analytics, and AI applications in finance

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
