Summer Winery & Vineyard Fellow Triple N Ranch Winery & Vineyard | East Texas This is not a casual summer job. It is a demanding, hands-on role in a working winery environment focused on hospitality, sales, and guest experience. Triple N Ranch Winery & Vineyard is seeking a disciplined, dependable, and motivated student or young professional to join our team for the summer. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to work hard in both guest-facing and operational settings. This position is hospitality-, sales-, and marketing-driven, with additional exposure to vineyard work. It is ideal for someone serious about building real-world experience in the wine and hospitality business.
What You'll Do:
Work in the tasting room providing high-level, attentive hospitality to guests Drive wine sales and actively grow wine club membership Support and execute winery events, live music programming, and wine club experiences Assist with marketing, social media, and overall brand presentation Learn and operate POS systems, website, scheduling tools, and ticketing platforms Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high standards across all areas of the property Assist with vineyard work as needed (secondary responsibility)
Expectations:
Willingness to work long hours when needed, including weekends and events Strong focus on sales, guest experience, and revenue generation Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and attention to detail Accountability, reliability, and a team-first attitude Ability to take direction and execute without constant supervision
Qualifications:
Student or recent graduate in hospitality, marketing, viticulture, enology, or related field Prior experience in hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles required Experience or education in marketing and social media preferred Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly Genuine interest in wine, hospitality, and business operations

Compensation & Living:
