Job Description

Required Qualifications High school diploma (minimum education requirement) At least 2 years of experience in: Administration Business office operations Office management Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with: Business management Healthcare-related operations Human resources functions Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Accounting software Preferred Qualifications Experience working with older adults, likely in a senior living, assisted living, or healthcare environment Likely Core Responsibilities Overseeing day-to-day business office operations Managing administrative processes and records Supporting human resources activities (hiring, onboarding, personnel files, benefits administration, etc.) Handling financial and accounting functions such as: Billing Accounts payable/receivable Budget tracking Financial reporting Communicating with residents, families, staff, and management Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
