In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing staff, streamlining processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all departments. Your leadership will drive efficiency, optimize inventory management, and foster a positive work environment that promotes growth and excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the success of our operations while developing your management skills in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance performance. Coordinate work orders from the PM department and move them through production and then to completion of the project. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills Demonstrated expertise in inventory management Ability to lead teams through training & development initiatives while fostering a positive work environment.
