Non-Exempt (Hourly) Position Summary The Bio Dude Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple departments including Customer Care, Animal Care, Wholesale, and Marketing. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional workflows in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Supervisor ensures the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of daily operations while maintaining high standards of communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Schedule Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM and occasionally 9:30AM until 6:15PM as needed.
Alternating Saturdays:
9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Average:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Supervise, coach, and support associates across designated departments. Conduct performance evaluations, manage timecards, and ensure schedule accuracy. Maintain clear communication and documentation related to attendance, performance, and conduct. Act as a keyholder, opening and closing the facility each scheduled shift. Operational Oversight Oversee daily warehouse and showroom operations to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards. Maintain compliance with OSHA and internal safety protocols. Track inventory, losses, and other operational data for management review. Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and meets company presentation standards. Inventory & Logistics Collaborate with the Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate stock levels and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct regular inventory audits and minimize shrinkage. Support freight operations, including loading and unloading shipments as needed. Assist in preparation for trade shows and events, ensuring all equipment and materials are in working order. Communication & Coordination Maintain effective communication between departments to ensure operational alignment. Partner with Marketing, Wholesale, and Customer Care to coordinate promotions, projects, and events. Address customer escalations and support conflict resolution professionally and promptly. Keep staff informed about product changes, new procedures, and company updates. Technology & Software Manage operational platforms such as: Shopify, SKULabs, Amazon Seller Central, ShipStation, Klaviyo, Smile.io, VerifyPass Google Workspace, Slack, Nextiva, Front (shared inbox) HR Solutions/Prism (time and attendance) Audit platforms regularly to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in management, warehouse, or shipping operations Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Preferred:

Builds positive relationships across departments. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
