We're looking for a high-agency operator to help drive accountability, organization, and execution across the company. This role will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to keep priorities moving, systems organized, and teams aligned. This is not a traditional corporate operations role. Together, we're making social media marketing simple, effective, and scalable. What You'll Own Revenue & Business Operations
  • Own and manage CRM workflows and revenue operations infrastructure
  • Drive KPI tracking and accountability across all departments
  • Administer sales compensation tracking and operational reporting
  • Support sales and marketing operations - including campaign coordination and performance reporting Company Execution & Leadership Support
  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to ensure company initiatives move from decision to done
  • Coordinate cross-functional priorities, flag bottlenecks, and drive follow-through
  • Manage software systems, vendor relationships, and contract renewals
  • Help manage departmental budgets and operational processes Strategic Initiatives & Coordination
  • Coordinate conferences, travel, partnerships, and strategic projects
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and build systems to fix them
  • Serve as the connective tissue between teams - making sure nothing falls through the cracks Ideal Candidate 5-10 years experience in operations, business operations, revenue operations, or chief of staff roles Experience in startups, SaaS, fintech, mortgage, or fast-growing companies preferred Highly organized with strong follow-through and communication skills Comfortable working cross-functionally with executives, sales, marketing, and product teams Tech-savvy and naturally systems-oriented Experience using Hubspot CRM Loves social media, marketing, and modern technology High ownership mentality with the ability to move quickly and solve problems independently Compensation Competitive salary Bonus + equity opportunity High growth opportunity within a rapidly scaling company If you love bringing order to chaos, building systems, and helping great companies scale, we'd love to talk.
