—MASONRY FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER
Immediate Opening — Ready to Hire Now We are seeking a highly experienced masonry professional to help lead and execute the field operations side of our masonry division. This is not an office-only management position. We are looking for a true mason — someone who has come up through the trade, understands production, understands quality, and knows how masonry projects are actually built in the field. The right candidate must be able to walk onto any project, review plans and details, determine what is needed, coordinate crews, solve problems, and help ensure successful execution from start to finish. Responsibilities Review and understand masonry plans, specifications, and details Coordinate and execute field operations for masonry projects Work directly with project managers, superintendents, site supers, and masonry foremen Manage multiple masonry crews across multiple projects Handle layout, sequencing, production planning, and field coordination Maintain production, quality, and accountability on all projects Assist with manpower planning and material coordination Identify and solve field issues before they impact the project Required Experience Hands-on experience with: CMU / block Brick Stone / rock Thin brick systems Commercial masonry construction Crew leadership and field management Qualifications Extremely reliable Strong leadership and communication skills Organized and self-motivated Able to manage crews and keep projects moving Strong problem-solving ability Respected field experience in the masonry trade Spanish speaking is strongly preferred and will likely be necessary for success in this role due to daily crew communication and coordination.
