Mobile Detailing Operations Manager Bountiful, UT Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $60,000 a year 9 hours ago Qualifications Operations management Full Job Description Position Overview Tsukiko Mobile Auto Detailing is seeking a high-level Operations Manager to help build the company. This role is designed for someone who can learn the business from the inside, master the systems, help execute the training process, and then take ownership of day-to-day operations. Why This Role Matters This position is not just a normal shop or crew leader role. The Operations Manager will become the key operator inside the business: helping implement training SOPs, supporting hiring, managing team performance, protecting service quality, tightening scheduling, and fulfillment. Company Overview Tsukiko Mobile Auto Detailing is a premium mobile detailing company focused on high-quality interior and exterior detailing, strong customer experience, and long-term growth. Core Responsibilities Operations & Team Management Help manage the daily schedule, route flow, and job readiness Train on company SOPs and help enforce standards in the field Support hiring, onboarding, and technician development Monitor quality control, customer handoff quality, and professionalism Track team performance, bottlenecks, and execution gaps Keep tools, chemicals, supplies, and operational systems organized Systems & Growth Support Help turn training systems into a repeatable hiring process Assist in building an operator-led business that does not depend on the owner doing every job Create feedback loops to improve SOPs, speed, and consistency Communicate closely with the owner on staffing, scheduling, and growth needs Support the transition toward a second vehicle and expanded capacity Help build a foundation that allows sales and marketing to scale harder later Success In This Role Looks Like You become strong enough operationally that the owner can focus more heavily on sales and growth. You help install training, accountability, and fulfillment systems that are actually followed. You support hiring and help newer team members get productive faster. Jobs stay on schedule, quality stays high, and customer experience stays professional. You think like a builder, not just a worker, you help create a more scalable company. Required Experience 3 Years of Operation Management Experience (Required) Qualifications Strong leadership, organization, and follow-through Ability to manage people, systems, and moving parts under pressure Professional communication and customer-facing judgment Detail-oriented mindset with a high standard for execution Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in operations, field management, detailing, service businesses, or hands-on team leadership is strongly preferred Comfortable learning quickly and helping build structure inside a growing company Compensation Base salary range: $50,000-$60,000 per year depending on experience, leadership, and fit Clear opportunity for expanded responsibility as the company grows Position is designed to become a major leadership role inside the business How To Apply Resume Phone number A brief video (under 3 minutes) covering your background, why this role fits you, and why you would be strong in operations Applications should be sent directly to the company email with all materials included •Applicants without a video will not be considered
