This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong sprinkler repair experience who wants long-term growth, responsibility, and the opportunity to help run and grow a company. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial sprinkler systems Perform system start-ups, winterizations, repairs, upgrades, and installations Troubleshoot valves, wiring, controllers, pressure issues, and coverage problems Lead daily field operations and set quality standards Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Assist with scheduling, workflow, and job organization Help track materials and supply needs Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and trailers Required Qualifications Strong, hands-on sprinkler system repair experience Knowledge of irrigation plumbing and low-voltage electrical systems Ability to diagnose and complete jobs independently Valid and clean driver's license Ability to tow a trailer Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools Reliable, professional, and accountable Willingness to work weekends and variable hours during peak seasons Preferred Qualifications Leadership or lead technician experience Experience with system installations and upgrades Familiarity with tools such as multimeters and pressure gauges Experience with estimates or invoicing Landscaping experience (not required) Compensation Salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for pay growth and increased responsibility Work Schedule Full-time Hours vary seasonally Weekend work may be required Company Culture We are a family-owned company—not a large corporation.
