You will manage timelines, coordinate teams, track performance, and solve problems in real time. This role is highly detail-oriented and data-driven, requiring strong project management and analytical skills. You are the engine that keeps operations moving. Responsibilities Manage active projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate schedules, crews, materials, and timelines Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met Maintain accurate reporting and job data Identify delays or issues early and take action Communicate with Project Managers, sales, and installation teams Support process improvement and operational efficiency Analyze data to improve production and reduce costs Ensure clean project handoffs and documentation Help maintain high standards of quality and customer experience Experience & Requirements 2-5+ years in operations, project management, or similar role Strong project management experience (required) Advanced Excel / analytical skills (required) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience in solar, construction, or service-based industries (preferred) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Compensation & Growth Competitive salary + performance incentives Clear path to Senior Operations or Director-level roles Health Insurance •
