$47,000 (Salary) (Hard work & dedication rewarded!) Are you looking for hands-on work in a unique environment? We are contractors specializing in cleaning data centers across multiple job sites. Our work is consistently inconsistent —meaning there are regular jobs , but the schedule, times, and locations vary . What to

Expect:

Work shifts may start at 8 AM, 6 PM, or even 12 AM Shifts typically last around 8 hours (sometimes more, sometimes less) Advanced scheduling —you'll know your shifts at least a month in advance Work may be on weekdays, weekends, or weeknights (but not always back-to-back) Works directly with supervisor

Job Duties Include:

Lifting heavy tiles to access subfloor areas Vacuuming under raised flooring (on hands and knees) Cleaning & maintaining floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing marks) Dusting & detailing equipment and server racks Ensuring a clean, professional environment in high-tech facilities Keep up with work vehicles maintenance, cleanliness and presentation Will be required to do individual jobs (Travel and work alone) Build a reliable team that can travel Communicate to Management Via phone, Text and email Submit all receipts via work app

Ideal Candidate:

Ready to work —this is a hands-on job! Organized & Punctual - arrives to jobsite before scheduled time to start, keeps equipment in good working order, clean, and separated. Willing to travel to different job sites (cover meals and stay for overnight travel) Motivated & responsible with a strong work ethic Communicates well and stays dependable (Includes paperwork and badging processes for various job sites) Willing to work all shifts —this job has different shifts on different days!

Requirements:
