Job Description

Operations Supervisor | Ogden, UT | 3:00PM•11:30
PM Benefits:

Monthly Production Bonus Plan Job Details:
Lead your production team to its full potential. Direct and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse, including machine production. Provide guidance , leadership, and coaching to your team, and make sure projects and orders are completed on time. Drive and lead events such as: LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events.
Requirements:
2-5 years of management or supervisory experience. Strong and proven leadership, coaching and communication skills. Pass a drug test and background check. Be motivated and energetic. Great work ethic.
