About the role We are looking for a Supervisor Operations Filter plant/Slag mill to lead a shift within the Filter Plant Slag Mill, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production outcomes. This is a great opportunity for an early-career leader to develop supervisory skills while contributing to operational performance in a complex processing environment. Reporting to the Superintendent, Feed & Slag Operations and working within a collaborative and safety-focused team, you will: Lead and support a team to achieve safety, production, and quality targets Coordinate daily operations, aligning resources and equipment to optimize performance Set clear priorities and collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain workflow continuity Monitor performance, identify issues, and take timely action using established processes Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and management system activities Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to support team development About you A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of Supervisory experience in a mining or industrial environment. Technical Expertise:
Demonstrated experience and involvement within ore handling environment with mobile equipment Leadership Skills:
