You will manage high-end residential accounts, ensure flawless execution of our cleaning standards, and act as the primary anchor for our growing team.
Execute Premium Service:
Perform meticulous, deep, and routine cleaning of high-end estates and residential properties to an uncompromising standard. Set the
Pace:
Model efficiency, professionalism, and an exceptional work ethic while on-site.
Onsite Leadership:
Inspect completed work to guarantee quality control before handing over to the client.
Cultivate & Mentor:
As the company expands, you will play a direct role in welcoming, training, and guiding new team members—including individuals entering the workforce from transitional backgrounds—offering them patience, encouragement, and professional structure.
Client Relations:
Serve as a polite, professional, and trustworthy face of the company when interacting with estate owners or managers.
Requirements Proven Expertise:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in professional residential cleaning, luxury hospitality, or estate management. The "Anchor"

Exceptionally reliable, punctual, and stable. You are someone who thrives under structure and brings a calm, grounded energy to the job.
Emotional Maturity:
A high level of empathy, patience, and strong communication skills. You understand that everyone is on a different journey. Eye for

Logistics:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a standard background check (essential for high-end estate access).
