Head of Base Operations

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a senior leader responsible for building and scaling a global field operations team embedded in DoW installations. This role designs process of operations from the ground up, hires and manages regionally distributed teams, and builds trusted relationships with high stake holder personnel. The position ensures on-the-ground insights are translated into actionable data that informs supply chain decisions, procurement strategy, and a proprietary technology platform.
