TS/SCI Operations Manager

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and high-quality service delivery.
• Serve as Program Security Officer (PSO), managing and mitigating security incidents and providing SME support for SCI, SAP, SCIF, and SAPF environments.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with physical, administrative, and access control requirements, coordinating with OUSD and other DoD and military security offices.
• Manage program access and classified systems of record, including PARs, ACCM access, and ongoing security documentation.
• Support facility readiness and strategic reporting by coordinating

resources, supporting inspections, and tracking actions and products in CATMS and JSAP.
