Full-Time, Exempt Overview We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day on-demand and dedicated courier operations in a high-touch, time-critical environment. This role is responsible for team leadership, service execution, and operational performance across a 24/7/365 operation. You'll work cross-functionally with Dispatch, Customer Service, Driver Services and Leadership to ensure reliable service delivery and strong team accountability. What You'll Do Manage daily courier operations to ensure on-time, high-quality service Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of operations employees Create schedules, assign work, and monitor performance Resolve escalated service issues and customer concerns Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations Track and analyze operational metrics, reports, and service data Partner with leadership to improve processes, efficiency, and scalability Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management What We're Looking For 5+ years of operations management experience in a fast-paced transportation logistics environment Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving accountability Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing real-time operations Schedule & Work Environment Full-time role supporting a 24/7/365 operation (evenings/weekends on-call) Fast-paced, high-pressure setting requiring strong focus and adaptability Occasional travel to customer sites and company locations Requirements Successful completion of: Background check, Drug screening, HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen training, TSA clearance completion.
