What we're looking for: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our property, field, and service operations. This is a leadership role responsible for protecting property conditions, ensuring housekeeping excellence, maintaining fleet reliability, and building scalable systems.
Role Description:
The Field Operations Manager - Property & Field Services oversees: Property maintenance & condition management Housekeeping coordination & quality control In-house laundry operations Fleet management Field logistics & vendor coordination After-hours responsiveness for guests and staff. Available Thursday through Monday, especially Sundays and Mondays as peak turnover days. This role is responsible for building systems, implementing SOPs, and ensuring operational consistency across all properties. This is not a purely tactical role — it is operational leadership.
Core Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance & Asset Protection Troubleshoot and oversee resolution of property maintenance issues Implement preventative maintenance schedules Install and manage property technology (e-locks, smart devices) Communicate property condition updates for owner reporting Track maintenance response times and billable labor. Housekeeping & Laundry Operations Oversee contractor & cleaner scheduling and coordination Manage in-house laundry workflow and efficiency Implement and monitor inspection protocols Track and improve clean quality scores Ensure pre-arrival readiness standards Support payroll and invoice verification for housekeeping vendors Fleet & Field Logistics Oversee maintenance & turnover clean schedule for vehicle fleet Conduct vehicle walkthrough for compliance & condition checks Coordinate add-on deliveries for guests and venues we support, this can be from firewood delivery to firewood delivery. Systems, Reporting & Accountability Cost Management Inventory control Entering and tracking billable labor Operational Coverage Serve as primary field escalation contact for staff and vendors. Participate in structured after-hours ER response and communication Qualifications 2+ years in hospitality, property management, facilities, or field operations Strong organizational and systems-thinking mindset Experience managing contractors and vendors Comfortable with operational software (spreadsheets, scheduling tools) Basic technical proficiency (smart locks, troubleshooting, minor troubleshooting) Strong communicator with leadership presence Ability to prioritize under pressure Valid driver's license required Must be able to pass a background check and drug and alcohol screening. Compensation Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Incentive Quarterly Bonus Healthcare with 80/20 split
Paid Time Off Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
