Job Description
This candidate will run the day to day operations of a child day center. Enrollment of children, hiring staff. Supervising staff, ensuring they are following the Virginia Standards for licensing. This candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, human resources, or have 12 college credits that will go towards an early childhood development degree. Must be able to pass all background checks ($60). Must be CPR Certified for adults and children. Must have at least 1 year experience being a director at a daycare or school.
