Venue Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to oversee the operations of our venue, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and staff alike. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in events management, leadership, and customer service within the hospitality industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage shifts effectively, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of guest services. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring all aspects run smoothly. Manage event planning and execution, coordinating with clients to meet their needs. Lead and supervise staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent customer service. Handle financial reporting accurately. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Prepare reports on venue performance, including attendance, revenue, and feedback. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and increase venue visibility. Skills Proven experience in wedding and event management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent report writing skills for documenting operations and performance metrics. Background in management with supervising experience in a hospitality setting. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficient in shift management to ensure optimal staffing levels during events. Previous restaurant or resort experience is highly desirable. Assistant manager experience is a plus, demonstrating capability in overseeing operations.
