Excellent Job Description About the Job We are seeking a strategic, driven, and people-focused leader to serve as the Director of our Central Virginia Business Unit. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, work acquisition, operational performance, and team development within the division. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can inspire project teams, drive profitability, strengthen customer relationships, and uphold a culture built on integrity, professionalism, and excellence. This position plays a key role in shaping the future growth and success of the division while ensuring exceptional relationships with customers and meaningful opportunities for employees.
