Operations Manager

Operations Manager - Field Operations (Veterans Preferred) Hiring for Various States. (Texas, Virginia, Arizona, Georgia, Ohio) $100,000+ | Full-Time | On-Site ACE is hiring disciplined, high-accountability leaders—preferably former military (Marine Corps NCOs highly valued)—to lead field operations on large-scale construction and data center projects. This is a hands-on leadership role , not a desk job. What You'll Do Lead teams (20-100+ personnel) across: Traffic control Parking & access control Transportation (bus operations) Own scheduling, execution, and daily performance Enforce standards, discipline, and accountability Solve problems in real time on active job sites Coordinate directly with clients and project leadership Client-Facing Leadership (Required) You will represent ACE on-site. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients Build trust while maintaining strong operational control Provide direct, solution-focused updates Stay composed under pressure
