Director of Landscape Operations - Maintenance Division About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced, people-first Director of Landscape Operations - Maintenance Division to lead a successful, award-winning Landscape Maintenance division within a long-established, family-owned organization. This is a long-term leadership opportunity for someone who believes strong teams build strong businesses. The Director will play a central role in sustaining operational excellence, developing leaders, and strengthening a culture that values stability, accountability, and genuine care for its people. You will oversee a well-established operation serving 800+ active clients and leading a team of 100+ employees, including seasonal staff, across multiple departments. This role is part of a broader organization of 200+ team members across our garden center, production, and landscape operations in Central Virginia.
